On September 24, 2026, Convelly launched a new platform for small and medium-sized service businesses. It brings customer communication, sales and appointment processes from several digital channels together in one application. AI is not just an add-on here. It is the core of the platform. The team works from the AI Factory Austria AI:AT Coworking Hub in St. Marx, Vienna, and comes from the community around 42 Vienna and FH Wien der WKW.
Customer communication, sales and scheduling in one application
Convelly is designed for small and medium-sized service businesses that handle customer inquiries across multiple digital channels. The software brings all of these messages into one shared inbox for the whole team. At its center is an AI assistant that answers inquiries, suggests available time slots, books appointments and follows up when needed. It works with information the business chooses to share, such as services, prices, opening hours and available appointments. A team member can take over the conversation at any time.
The platform also includes customer management, sales pipelines, a booking calendar, a dedicated booking page, reminders and video appointments. The AI-first approach applies internally as well: the internal AI assistant Elly can carry out anything that users would otherwise do with a click in the application. The team describes the task to Elly, for example adding a new service or setting up an automation, and Elly completes it. According to Convelly, every step Elly takes is documented within the application.
Open models and European hosting
Convelly uses open language models hosted on servers in Germany to power its AI for customer communication. Businesses decide for themselves what information the AI can access, how the assistant presents itself and when a team member should step in. The assistant can be switched off at any time, and according to Convelly, its responses can be traced within the application.

From 42 Vienna to the AI:AT Coworking Hub
The Convelly team has its roots in the 42 Vienna community, an ecosystem partner of AI Factory Austria AI:AT. 42 Vienna is part of the international 42 network, where students learn software development through projects and peer exchange instead of traditional classes. A team from this community bringing its product to market at the AI:AT Coworking Hub shows how education, community and entrepreneurship work together in Austria's AI ecosystem.

Since July 2026, Convelly has been part of the AI:AT Coworking Hub at SOLARIS in St. Marx, Vienna. The hub is open to AI startups, companies, research groups and public sector organizations with a concrete AI project. Members take part in professional exchange and community formats and contribute their own experience, use cases and feedback. This active involvement is a central part of the hub.
